Overseas shipments do not handle returns, only exchanges
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be returned
Exchange can be done in the following cases. The company will deal with it on the principle of replacement. If the goods are damaged during the transportation process, the received goods do not match the content of the ordered goods, take pictures and send them back to the customer service email, poor product quality or other damage caused by non-consumer mistakes.
Please contact customer service within the seven-day appreciation period, and wait for the customer service to process/exchange for you. After the expiration date, you will not be able to enjoy the rights of the seven-day appreciation period and will not be able to process/exchange.
Once we receive your exchange photo, after inspection, we will send you an email and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the exchange.
What can't be exchanged?
More than seven days appreciation period. (The appreciation period is not a trial period).
Or the product itself must not be dirty or damaged. If the product is dirty or man-made damage, the replacement will not be accepted.
